Live & virtual training – Plan, script, and deliver
webinars, workshops, and onboarding sessions for global enterprise admins,
instructors, and end users.
Video production – Record on‑camera
introductions, screen‑capture demos, and micro‑learning clips using tools
such as Loom, Camtasia, or Captivate; handle basic editing and captioning.
Documentation ownership – Write and maintain user
guides, quick‑start sheets, release‑feature highlights, and FAQ articles
in fluent, audience‑appropriate English.
Content strategy – Audit existing resources,
identify gaps, and prioritize new assets that improve customer adoption
and reduce repetitive questions to the Support team.
Stakeholder enablement – Create internal playbooks and
training decks that Customer Success, Sales Engineers, and channel
partners can reuse.
Feedback loop – Gather training session
Q&A data, monitor content performance (views, completion, CSAT), and
relay actionable insights to Product and Marketing.
Global collaboration – Coordinate schedules across
time zones and adapt content to cultural nuances while preserving brand
voice.
Required
Qualifications
2+ years in customer training, technical writing, instructional
design, or related SaaS enablement roles.
Demonstrated excellence in spoken and written English (C1+/native‑level).
Comfortable on camera; able to explain workflows with energy and
clarity.
Strong instructional‑design instincts: can translate feature lists
into learner‑centric outcomes and compelling storyboards.
Experience with documentation or knowledge‑base CMS (e.g., Zendesk
Guide, Confluence, Helpjuice).
Familiarity with collaborative tools (Notion, Trello, Jira, or
similar) to manage content pipelines.
Nice‑to‑Have
Exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS), Enterprise platforms or
EdTech products.
Instructional design certification (ATD , CompTIA CTT+, etc.)
or micro‑credential in adult‑learning theory.
